Manchester Orchestra is a band from Atlanta that isn't quite sure what they want to be. Seriously, what are they? Alt-country? Pop-rock? Grunge? Whatever the case may be,I consider them up and coming, and their album Mean Everything to Nothing was a pleasant surprise in 2009. Plus, they win the award for most Galifinakis-like lead singer.
